Yawaru is nothing if not impressive in his colorful, mostly anachronistic costume. On the one hand, he's looking rather fearsome as he glares toward the camera. On the other hand, one has to wonder at the stealth value of big red feathers!

In all seriousness, I was delighted to find this full-length shot of Yawaru in a package of sketches I had purchased. The fabulous costumes are my favorite part of Nazca, and I'm really pleased to have more than a head shot of this one!
