Shinsen sits at the head of the table, facing a wall of monitors broadcasting her Board of Directors. This rather unassuming layout sketch translates into an impressive and emotionally charged scene in the final product. The Directors are upset and highly distressed that someone (Saiga) has crashed the Club and gotten away, and they are letting her know about it in no uncertain terms. The mood is ominous, to say the least.
