Prince Philionel of Seiruun, like his daughter Amelia, burns with a fiery dedication to Peace and Justice. He's very strong, a great leader, and beloved by his subjects (most of 'em, anyway). But commit an act that is not Just, and you will be on the receiving end of what Zelgadis calls "those oxymoronic attacks" -- the Pacifist Crush, the Kindness to all Men Kick, and the Father and Daughter Love Double Impact! Here he is riding to rescue our heroes from Koppi Rezo.
