There's always one in the group who just has to rush in with fists flying, and Sano is it. Kenshin tries to keep Sanosuke from attacking Aoshi, but is just a bit too late... and here, Sano is winding up for a massive punch that ends up being a perfectly gorgeous, epic, fail. Aoshi is just plain too fast.
