Suitengu (aka 'The Bad Guy') and his dog Tsujidou go to visit Shinsen, who is the owner of an enormously wealthy conglomerate that includes the Club. Suitengu is such a great villian. Gorgeous, powerful but vulnerable, and scheming -- but for a perfectly understandable (if not acceptable) reason. Tsujidou's sense of smell is so intensely sensitive that he perpetually wears this cover over it so as not to be overwhelmed (among other reasons). He follows Suitengu to the bitter end.
