There are many great shots of Zelgadis casting spells. I don't know exactly where this comes from but markings near the registration holes say "#2.274." Episode 2? I don't know yet.

This cel was in possibly the worst condition of any Zelgadis cel I've obtained (and many of them were in sad shape). There were almost no blacklines left, and there are many painting errors near the tie on his cloak. I've done what I can to rescue him and, even though it's a travesty to "repair" cels like this...he won't be leaving my house, so why not.
