Diva, the Queen of the Bugrom Empire, appears in both the OVA's and the TV series, but is more satisfyingly annoying in the TV series. She is MUCH friendlier than her subjects. She's also a lot better looking, which is fortunate for Jinnai. She also has a laugh that nearly rivals his.
