This fabulous guy is Mikagami, who, like so many of Midorikawa Hikaru's characters, comes across as surly and dangerous if not downright evil. But he is one of the good guys, master of an elemental weapon called the Ensui that can turn water into an ice sword. Fire and ice... what more can we ask for?
