Asuka, Jr. is the son of the Chief of Police, and a darned decent sleuth in his own right. He's out to capture Saint Tail, the mysterious girl thief (who steals things in order to return them to their rightful owners). This funny little cel is a typical scene for Asuka Jr., running to beat all in an attempt to catch up to her.
