Rescued from the Mystery Meat category, it seems that this is the lovely, albeit nearsighted, Princess Cocoa. Here is another example of how cels call to their appropriate masters. I looked at this cel for three full years and admired it each time, before an incredible markdown prompted me to buy it. Since two of my previously unidentified but long admired cels are from this show, I guess I'm just going to have to watch it now!
