Tamahome, "the boy with the sign of ogre on his forehead," is the first person Miaka meets in Konan, and is one of the Suzaku Seven. He's a superb martial artist with a penchant for rescuing ladies in distress, and an apparent love of money over all. The "oni" mark on Tamahome's forehead glows faintly beneath his bangs.
