Kenshin may be close to unbeatable in a swordfight, but can he manage an operation? He's faced here with the knowledge that if he doesn't remove the bullet from friend Shura's leg, she may well develop an infection and die. But a surgeon he's not, and he knows it.

It's from a quick three-episode filler story that I desperately disliked, but it's a wonderful shot of Kenshin. This filler was shy on story, but full of excellent artwork.
