Lina has an older sister, Luna. Luna Inverse is the one person in the universe who can render Lina a sweaty, terrified mess. When Lina gets a letter asking her to help out the Golden Dragons she has the mother of all panic attacks, not only getting the delightful look we see here but frantically running about and burying her whimpering self in a huge mound of her own making!
