It's not unusual to get "bonus" cels in a purchase. These are generally "junk" cels, odd shots from strange angles or mid-sequence drawings of motion sequences. What isn't usual is getting a bonus cel that you can't even tell what it is! I'm going to guess it's a close up on part of a robot or mech suit, but aside from that, your guess is as good as(or better than) mine.
