Wow. I love this one. Not only is Goku in his human form here, but he's plotting something, too. The colors are amazing and the expression is just wonderful. What really intrigues me about this cel, though, is that it looks exactly like a character design in the more recent show The Law of Ueki. Given how much I enjoyed Gokudo, it's probably no surprise that I loved Ueki too.
