O! Let me just squeal like a fangirl here while you guess how many nanoseconds it took me to snap up this cel when I spied it at Nan Desu Kan 2004. Charismatic, highly toothsome Touga is the president of the student council at Utena's school. While I love all of the character designs in Utena, Touga is by far my favorite. He is also voiced by one of my top-three favorite voice actors, the immensely talented Koyasu Takehito. Cels of his characters are often highly sought-after (think Hotohori from Fushigi Yuugi or Hanagata from Saber Marionette), so you may color me downright pleased to have this one!
